We work on world famous species such as tomatoes, peppers, summer squash and watermelons. To improve our offer, we work on new species every year.
But our added value is to work primarly on typically African vegetables such as African eggplant, okra, Bissap, chinense pepper, short day onion or amaranth.

Origin: Africa
Crop cycle: 4 to 6 months
Use: As a vegetable and for the preparation of a drink. The young shoots, leaves and roselle chalices are used as cooked vegetables or finely chopped into sauces. Dried red chalices are commonly used to prepare a tea that is drunk hot, or more often cold, after adding sugar. It is a sour and refreshing drink.

Scientific name: Solanum aethiopicum L.
Number of chromosome: 2n = 24
Cultivars: 4 -> Kumba, Gilo, Shum, Aculeatum
Origin: West Africa
Crop cycle: Harvest of fruit 120 days after sowing
Use: Immature fruits are consumed as cooked and sometimes raw vegetables. Leaves can also be used as cooked vegetables. Fruits, leaves and roots may have medical uses.
To note: At maturity stage, the fruits are red

Scientific name: Abelmoschus calleï (A.Chev.) Stevels
Number of chromosome: 2n=185-198
Origin: West and Central africa
Crop cycle: 4 to 12 months dependig varieties, climate and season
Use: Sold fresh and sometimes canned, consumed fresh, fried, boiled, dried in the sun after being sliced, used as a condiment or as a binder in sauces thanks to its mucilage
To note: Abelmoschus esculentus specie is also common in Africa

Family: Solanaceae
Scientific name: Capsicum chinense
Number of chromosome: 2n = 24
Origin: South America
Crop cycle: 5 to 8 months
Use: Peppers can also be consumed as a fresh or cooked vegetable, as a condiment or as a spice.
To note: Its fruits are among the strongest you can taste
